GET TO KNOW....SUE SETTLE

Have you met Sue? If not, sit back and learn a bit about her. I guarantee you'll want to meet her at the next meeting!

Sue grew up in Marshalltown, Iowa (yes, home of "the" Taylor's Maid Rite that is currently making news daily). Sue has two furry shy kids (cats), Telly and Gabby, that she trapped as kittens ten years ago! Her parents still farm southwest of Marshalltown. She has two little brothers (not so little anymore at age 43 and 45). She is soon to add to her family...by getting married to Scott!

Sue has been working for ten years in the health care industry. Most recently in Supply Chain Management for Methodist, Lutheran, Blank Children's and Methodist West Hospitals. She has also been a marketing product manager, buyer, and contract manager in the health care industry. She has previously spent 12 years in the printing industry as an estimator and sales rep.

Sue celebrates her day of birth each year on October 29th at dinner with family.

Sue heard about BT through the Ankeny Press Citizen. Sue was at that very first meeting all by herself. She was absolutely amazed that there were over 70 other women looking to fight frump too!!! Sue really enjoys the Halloween party for the Candeo clients. She's looking forward to continuing the wonderful friendships with a bunch of fun BT Beauties and the philanthropic endeavors.

Sue claims she's blanked out the craziest thing she's ever done! Go ahead, corner her and ask her at the next meeting! However, she was willing to talk about her most embarrassing moment...she says she has lots of them. She says she does have a reoccurring knack of walking and tripping right in front of someone when there are only two of us in a long hallway (there are a lot of hallways at Methodist)!

If Sue could go back in time and change one thing, she'd change her name....to SUZI.

Hold on romantics....when asked what the most amazing moment in her life was...she said when she had her first date with Scott Draper (future husband)! Ahh.

Sue's favorite quote is: Be still and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10

Sue's words of wisdom on fighting frump....Life is good. Stay in the moment and live it!

And finally...a thong to Sue is....a flip flop to be worn on your foot!
